Central Texas Olive Ranch is a stunning venue to host your next social or corporate event. Guests are greeted with wine on arrival and invited to taste a wide range of delicious wines and Central Texas Olive Ranch olive oils in the tasting room or enjoy the view from the Grand Patio. Following the welcome reception your guests can enjoy anything from a family style lunch to an elegant sit down dinner in the elegant yet rustic ambience of Central Texas Olive Ranch.

Corporate and Social Events Package Fees

  • Sunday through Friday: $70 per guest with a 30 guest minimum
  • Saturday: $80 per guest with a 65 guest minimum

Wine and Wine Service

  • Wine for service during the event (up to ¹⁄₂ bottle per person)
  • Wine bar including wine glasses, ice and chilling tubs for all beverages
  • Professional pouring staff to serve beverages throughout event
  • Wine consumed over the ¹⁄₂ bottle will be offered at a 20% discount
  • 20% shopping discount in the Central Texas Olive Ranch tasting room extended to each guest in attendance

Olive Ranch Services and Equipment

  • Four hours private use of the venue
  • Central Texas Olive Ranch event manager and hospitality team on site to oversee the event
  • Folding white or wood dining chairs
  • 5’ round dining tables (8 guests per table), banquet tables for food and beverage service
  • Central Texas Olive Ranch staff to set up and strike all tables and chairs

Corporate events include the following amenities:

  • Our 3,456 sq. ft climate controlled tasting room can be used for corporate parties/events, corporate speeches, presentations, dinner parties, and more.
    Accommodates approximately 130 people seated
  • Our 3 large connected patios (totaling over 4,000 sq. ft) are lit and outlined with linear fire pits, with one round large fire pit in the middle. It’s great for dinner parties, dancing, receptions, or cocktail hour.
  • Prep Kitchen that includes a refrigerator, three-bay sink, food prep counter, and freezer for ice
  • Corporations can customize time needed on the property
  • Use of the olive orchard for engagement and bridal photos
  • Our beautiful front lawn located IN the olive orchard that can be used for ceremonies, food trucks, bands, or yard games. The possibilities are endless!
  • 15 Round 60” tables, 5 cocktail tables, and 120 white resin chairs (for indoor or outdoor use)
  • Set up and take down of all tables and chairs
  • Three 6ft rectangular tables used for welcome, gift, and cake tables
  • Two (moveable) knotty alder wood/granite bars
  • Moveable wooden arbor/wooden cross and various decor items
